Step 1

Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, sugar, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, black pepper and black salt in a smooth paste.

Step 2

Add some water to the paste and then strain it.

Step 3

Add more water to the strained mixture and mix it well.

Step 4

Then add lemon juice and stir.

Step 5

Add ice cubes too.

Step 6

Add some boondi as well.

Step 7

Serve chilled in glasses!
