Step 1:

Add one tablespoon of salt in a pan and cook two cups of macaroni in it. Drain it and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Now in another pan, heat one tablespoon of butter or oil and then add one cup chopped kimchi in it, saute until it caramelizes.

Step 3:

To enhance its flavor add two or three minced garlic cloves with a pinch of chilli flakes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Then in the same pan add one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of flour, combine it well then gradually and slowly add one cup of make to prepare a smooth & creamy sauce.

Step 5:

Then in the same mix add grated cheese or your choice, stir it till it combines completely.

Step 6:

Now add the boiled pasta and sauteed kimchi to the sauce and stir it well.

Step 7:

Your tasty kimchi-style mac and cheese is ready at home, serve hot and enjoy.
