Gather the ingredients like foxtail millet, coconut oil, mustard seeds, dried red chilli,turmeric powder, lemon juice,salt, peanuts, green chilli & cilantro.

Now boil the foxtail millets for 10-15 minutes until it turns tender, then drain and keep it aside.

Now for the seasoning, in a pan heat coconut oil add mustard seeds, let them splutter, then add dried red chili, chopped green chili and peanuts until lightly roasted.

Then in the same pan add a pinch of turmeric & salt, stir everything to combine it evenly.

5.

Gradually add the foxtail millets and stir to coat the millet evenly with spices.

Then squeeze lemon juice on it and stir again.
