Roast some boiled sweet corn in a pan until they get a bit dark and somewhat smoky.
Then add some ghee and roast the paneer cubes until golden and crispy.
Now add a little oil in the pan and stir fry capsicum, roasted corn and the crispy paneer.
Sprinkle some chaat masala, chili flakes and oregano on top of it.
Mix everything properly.
Add some freshly chopped coriander to it.
Your Paneer Salad is ready to eat!
