Make Moong Dal Namkeen For Healthy Munching

Step 1

Soak some moong dal in water for about 4 to 5 hours.

Step 2

Drain the excess water and spread the dal on a towel to dry.

Step 3

Heat some oil in a pan. Fry the dal in small batches with constant stirring.

Step 4

Fry until the dal becomes crispy.

Step 5

Take it out on a paper towel and rub to remove the excess oil.

Step 6

While the dal is still hot, mix some chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.

Step 7

Let it cool off completely and store in a jar.
