Soak some chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes or more.
Boil rose syrup, agar-agar powder and water in a pan while stirring for a minute.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and let it set for 45 minutes.
Once it’s set, cut the jelly into small cubes.
Boil some water, add salt and cook vermicelli for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then drain it and rinse.
Mix some cold milk with rose syrup and set it aside.
Layer in a glass chia seeds, vermicelli, jelly cubes, milk mixture, ice cream and top it with pistachios and rose petals.
