Summer’s Power Bowl: Bajra Mango Salad

Step 1:

Firstly, gather all the essential ingredients including bajra, ripe mango, diced cucumber & onions, coriander, salt, pepper & dressing of your choice.

Step 2:

Then rinse the bajra under cold water, then boil it for 15-20 minutes till its tender and then drain the excess water. Let it cool down.

Step 3:

Then dice the mango into small cube size, make sure to remove the pit.

Step 4:

Now chop the cucumbers and onions into small cubes.

Step 5:

Then mix the ingredients in the bowl including bajra, diced mango, cucumbers, onion and chopped fresh coriander.

Step 6:

Season the salad with salt, pepper and then squeeze lemon juice for a tangy twist. And then drizzle your favorite dressing over it.

Step 7:

Finally, toss everything in the bowl gently, your bajra mango salad is ready, serve & enjoy.
