The CBSE has announced a landmark change: Class 10 board exams will be held twice a year starting 2026. This new policy, aligned with NEP 2020, aims to reduce student stress and offer a second chance for improved performance.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the deadline to apply for Classes 10 and 12 board exams for the private candidates. Students who are yet to fill the examination form can do so online from February 22 to February 25 up to 5 pm on CBSE’s website: cbse.gov.in.
