Former MP and Bihar muscleman Anand Mohan Singh was convicted in the year 1994 for the murder of the Gopalganj District Magistrate G Krishnaiah, who was killed by a mob allegedly provoked by him.

Kejriwal had on Monday alleged that the IAS officers in Delhi were on a strike for the past four months and termed it "illegal".
