The Madhya Pradesh government has announced a reward of Rs one lakh on information leading to the arrest of Rajendra Kasawa, the absconding accused who had stored explosives for mining work in a building which triggered off a series of blasts killing at least 89 people at Petlawad town here.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday termed the tragedy in Jhabua, which claimed 89 lives, as “the saddest moment of his life” and assured of stern action against the accused.
