The National Green Tribunal has termed loud music from gyms located in residential areas as source of "nuisance" and restrained a health club in East Delhi from playing music in and around it.

An environment activist has moved the National Green Tribunal alleging that brick kilns in Uttarakhand's Haridwar district were illegally excavating soil, leading the green panel to seek response from the state government on the issue.

 The National Green Tribunal has directed the Centre and state governments to recommend a scheme for effective implementation of E-Waste Rules for environment-friendly disposal of e-waste.
