P. Ramkumar told police that he was verbally abused about his physical appearance by S. Swathi that enraged him the most.
Ram Kumar had allegedly attacked S Swathi, an engineer at Infosys, with a sickle last Friday in Chennai.
The accused has been identified as Ramkumar from Sengottai in Tirunelveli, The Hindu reported.
