Indian Air Force will go to Japan amid ongoing tension from China. Next month, a contingent of the Indian Air Force will reach Japan. Where the armies of both countries will conduct joint exercises. From January 16 to January 26, many fighter aircraft from both countries will be involved in this.

It marked the successful culmination of training for 161 Flight Cadets of Flying and Ground Duty Branches in the Indian Air Force. 

The ceremony includes the presentation of ‘Wings’ and ‘Brevets’ to the Flight Cadets who would be successfully completing Flying and Navigation Training, respectively. Singh will also be awarding ‘Wings’ to Officers of Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and Officers from Friendly Foreign Countries on successful completion of their Flying Training at Air Force Academy.

The Air Force Academy on Saturday held its Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) ceremony at Dundigal in Hyderabad. As many as 123 air warriors including 19 women officers were commissioned by the Indian Air Force (IAF).

The Air Force Academy will be holding its Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) at Dundigal in Hyderabad on Saturday (June 20,2020). 

Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria will confer ‘President’s Commission’ to all the 123 cadets. The IAF Chief is also the Reviewing Officer of the Passing out Parade where the ‘Wings’ and ‘Brevets’ will be presented to the cadets successfully completing the Flying and Navigation training respectively.

Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff Committee and Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa was the reviewing officer for the parade.

Besides, it also was mulling recruiting women for the military police, he said on the sidelines of the combined graduation parade at the Air Force Academy in Dundigal on the city outskirts.

As many as 113 flight cadets, including 13 women officers, graduated as Flying Officers of the Indian Air Force (IAF) at the Air Force Academy on Saturday.

The merit list includes the names of candidates who qualified in the written tests and SSB interviews.
