Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is preparing fidayeen terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir with the help of terrorist group Al-Badr.
Recently, a similar report by security agencies had revealed that China is engaged in strengthening Al-Badr.
Chinese officials visited Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and held a meeting with the top militant commanders of Al Badr.
Al Badr founder and district commander Shakoor Ahmed Parry was killed on Friday in an encounter with security forces in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Three other terrorists have also been killed.
Another terrorist has been captured alive.
Al Badr, which is active in Kashmir since 1998, shares a close relationship with Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir.

Pakistan’s external spying agency ISI is bolstering terror outfit Al Badr to carry out fresh terrorist attacks in Kashmir and Afghanistan. Sources told Zee Media that since the focus of Indian intelligence agencies is on groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad, the ISI plans to carry out the attacks through Al Badr.
In a major breakthrough, Al-Badr terrorist Muzzafar Ahmed was killed in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on Friday.
