Tharoor said that New Delhi conveyed a clear message to Islamabad to stop hostilities, but it chose to respond with indiscriminate shelling, killing 19 civilians and injuring 59, including Carmelite nuns and Sikhs worshipping in a Gurudwara.

In the context of 'Operation Sindoor' and India's continued fight against cross-border terrorism, seven All-Party Delegations are set to visit key partner countries, including members of the UNSC. 

"The all-party delegation will meet in Delhi after its return and decide the action plan for the future," Rajnath said at a brief press conference.

"These deceitful methods of crisis management through Parliamentary delegations and Track-Two only prolong the sufferings of the people,” the separatists said in a statement. 

The country's political leadership must, without any further delay, reach out to and engage all sections of the society, including leaders of the Hurriyat, she said.

The all-party delegation to violence-hit Jammu and Kashmir will include senior cabinet ministers including Arun Jaitley and Ram Vilas Paswan as well as opposition leaders like Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM, sources said.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday said the Narendra Modi government should adopt a consistent approach on Jammu and Kashmir and take follow-up action after the proposed visit of all-party delegation to the border state.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh will lead an all-party delegation to Kashmir on September 4, an official said.
