The family of famed Sufi Qawwal singer Amjad Sabri, who was shot dead in Karachi last June, has requested the Pakistan government to provide them security, a media report said.
The family of Pakistan's renowned Sufi Qawwal Amjad Sabri, who was killed by Taliban militants last year, wants to leave the country as they feel "unsafe". "We are not comfortable with the security provided and we feel we are being watched. That is why we are trying to leave the country," said Sabri's brother Azmat.
Singer Adnan Sami is completely disturbed over the killing of Pakistan's best known Sufi musician Amjad Sabri.
He was shot thrice, twice in the head and once on the ear, police sources said.
