Amulya Leona, the girl who raised 'Pakistan zindabad' slogan at an anti-Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) rally in Bengaluru, has been granted bail. The case was ongoing in the lower courts and Bangalore high court for near about four months after which the 19-year-old student Amulya Leona can secure bail.

Amulya was sent to 14-day judicial custody for her actions in the presence of All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

The FIR was registered under IPC section 153(A) at the SJ Park police station for displaying 'Free Kashmir' placard at Town Hall protest.

A young woman Amulya Leona who raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans at a rally in Bengaluru against the Citizenship Amendment Act in the presence of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has been charged with sedition, with a judicial magistrate denying her bail. Some protesters vandalized the house of Amulya Leona, who raised 'Pakistan Zindabad'slogan, in the AIMIM rally organized in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). In the morning, some protesters reached Amulya Leona's house in Gubba Gadhe village of Chikkamagaluru and vandalized it. It was seen in the photo that the protesters broke the glass of the house and the stuff inside the house was also disorganized. The Karnataka Police has given security to Amulya Leona.

Amulya Leona's residence at Gubbi Gadde village Chikmagalur was reportedly vandalised today (February 21) morning by some protesters. Keeping the family's safety in mind, security detail has been provided to the family.

A sedition case has been filed against a girl in Bengaluru after she raised pro-Pakistan slogans at a protest against Citizenship (Amendment) Act or CAA. Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, who was present at the event, distanced himself and his party - All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) - from the sloganeering, saying, "We, in no way, support our enemy nation Pakistan."
