With the Indian Test team entering a transitional phase after the retirement of stalwarts Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, former captain Anil Kumble has advocated for Karun Nair's return to the national side.  

It was the second run-out for Kohli in the last two matches as he got out in a similar fashion in the Pune Test. 

He got out against the spinner for 21 times which proves that he is struggling against spin bowling.
