The ADR released the findings on Wednesday after analysing the affidavits of all the 12 ministers, including Chief Minister Pema Khandu.

The NEDA was formed on May 24, 2016 by BJP along with regional political parties like Naga People's Front, Sikkim Democratic Front, People's Party of Arunachal, Asom Gana Parishad and Bodoland People's Front in Northeast India.

Rebel Congress leader Kalikho Pul, whose government in Arunachal Pradesh was effectively declared null and void by the Supreme Court on Wednesday, on Thursday said he respected the apex court judgement but asked everyone to wait for the Assembly floor test.

The Supreme Court today rejected the plea of Congress leaders seeking an interim direction that it be allowed to go in for a trail of strength on the floor of the Arunachal Pradesh Assembly to prove majority.

The observation of the SC bench came on an oral plea of senior lawyer Kapil Sibal, that the party enjoyed majority and a direction be issued for holding floor test in the assembly.

Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday came under central rule as President Pranab Mukherjee gave his assent to the Union Cabinet's recommendation on such a course following political instability in the state. President Mukherjee signed the proclamation two days after the cabinet held an unscheduled meeting on Sunday to recommend that the northeasten border state be brought under central rule. 

The Guwahati High Court observed that the exercise undertaken by the Arunachal Pradesh Governor to advance the Assembly session is in violation of the Constitution.
