Arvind Kejriwal moves Delhi High Court challenging the CBI's arrest after Rouse Avenue Court's order.
Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to 3-day custody of the CBI by a Delhi trial court, following his arrest in connection with the excise policy case.
Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on March 21 in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. He was granted temporary bail by the Supreme Court on May 10, which lasted until June 1.
Kejriwal will surrender on June 2 and will leave the home at 3 pm

He also asked Delhiites to take care of themselves and promised that no work in Delhi will stop because of his jail time
Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, who was representing the ED, that the hearing on Kejriwal's plea against arrest was likely to take time, so the court was considering hearing the probe agency on interim bail for him.
