Bachha Rai is the Secretary-cum Principal of Vishun Rai College in Vaishali district of Bihar

The Intermediate exam results of the students of Bishun Rai College, which is at the centre of controversy in the toppers scandal in Bihar, have been "withheld" after "anomalies and irregularities" in functioning of the college was detected, an official said on Sunday.

Seeking to turn the tables on their opponents, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav have released a photograph of Union Minister Giriraj Singh with Bihar toppers muddle kingpin Bachha Rai to show their proximity.

Arts topper Ruby Rai and first ranker in Science stream Saurabh Shrestha hailed from Bachha Rai's college.
