This new motorcycle named 'V' contains metal of the India's first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant, Bajaj Auto Ltd (BAL) said in a statement.
Bajaj said the company can become a global leader in the segment only if it narrows focus as far as products are concerned.
Bajaj claims that this is the fastest Pulsar ever. The bike is powered by a four-valve, triple spark, DTSi 199cc engine with fuel injection and liquid cooling. The bike can accelerate to a top speed of 141 kmph.
In the commercial vehicles category, its sales stood at 41,791 units, up 14 percent, as against 36,781 units in January 2014.
