Burdwan Dakshin MLA Khokan Das made a fiery statement about hiring fraud. Khokan Das attacked the Left vehemently on the subject of corruption. He alleged, "Illegality is what the leftists have taught."

Partha Chatterjee, who was implicated in the SSC recruitment scam, identified three opposition party leaders in the state before testifying in court. Sujan Chakraborty, Dilip Ghosh, and Subhendu Adhikari are the leaders of the CPM, BJP, and respectively. The accusations made by Partha were also visible in Trinamool spokesperson Kunal Ghosh's tweet 18 minutes prior to Partha's address.

The scope of investigations into recruitment scam cases is expanding from the political sphere to the world of entertainment. The ED asserts that Tollywood has received money from recruitment corruption after analysing the information it got from Hooghly Trinamool leader Kuntal Ghosh. Several actors' names have reportedly already been mentioned, according to ED sources.

Shantanu Banerjee, another ruling party youth leader close to Trinamool Congress youth leader Kuntal Ghosh, was summoned on Wednesday. Shantanu's house in Hooghly was raided and many documents related to a recruitment scam were recovered. ED sources claim that Tapas and Shantanu were questioned for a long time in front of Kuntal Ghosh.

Justice Gangopadhyay made several comments in the school recruitment corruption case. About which counter criticism was being heard from the mouths of some leaders of the ruling TMC party in Bengal. Justice Gangopadhyay said last week that many of his comments were being 'misinterpreted'.

The matter of appointment of teachers in the state is now under the jurisdiction of the court. Central investigative agencies like CBI and the ED are investigating the illegal recruitment process. The state administration often faces court reprimands during hearings in these cases.

The CBI questioned Partha Chatterjee and Kalyanmoy Ganguly in the recruitment corruption case. Both were questioned separately to find out the money transactions and influential connections. Partha Chatterjee is desperately trying to hide information.

Partha Chatterjee went to the Alipore court to appear on Friday. After the hearing, he was being taken from the court room to the court lockup. Partha was being escorted through a narrow corridor surrounded by police.

Partha Chatterjee was arrested on July 23 on the charge of a 'scam' in the field of education. After three rounds of ED custody, he is currently imprisoned in the Presidency Jail. After 14 days of jail custody, Partha was again produced in court through virtual media on Wednesday.

According to sources, investigators of the central agency raided the land revenue office of Ranaghat-2 block on Saturday. There, after going through various documents, they found several lands in the name of Monalisa's elder brother Manas Das. Sources also claim that the location of several lands in the name of Manas has been found next to the national highway in Begopara, Baidyapur.

Partha Chatterjee has been arrested for his involvement in the SSC corruption case. After five days, Mamata Banerjee dropped Partha from the cabinet. The former education minister has also been suspended from the party.
