The Rs 197 plan gives unlimited free calling and 100 SMS per day. Although the plan comes with a validity of 180 days, the validity of offers available will be only 18 days. Another plan of BSNL which costs Rs 56, comes with 10 days of validity and it also offers 10 GB of data in this plan.

Last year, the telecom company started four fiber plans which include Fibre Basic, Fibre Value, Fibre Premium, and Fibre Ultra. From April 4, BSNL has decided to continue with two of its plans, i.e. Fibre Basic Plus and Fibre Premium Plus. The Fibre Basic Plus plan costs Rs 599 per month (exclusive of taxes) and the Fibre Premium Plus plan costs Rs 1,277 per month (exclusive of taxes).

The Rs 197 prepaid plan comes with free voice calls, free 100 SMSs a day, and access to the Zing Music app which is applicable for only 18 days. There is a special plan launched by BSNL at Rs 108 which gives 1 GB of data daily with a validity of 60 days along with unlimited calling and the validity of data up to 60 days. However, BSNL has discontinued a few of its prepaid plans as it plans to stop the recharge coupon of Rs 47, plan voucher of Rs 109, and special tariff vouchers of Rs 998, and Rs 1098.

BSNL has come up with many offers on recharge plans including special tariff vouchers (STV)s, plan vouchers (PV)s starting from Rs 99. This plan provides unlimited voice calling all over India including in MTNL roaming areas- Mumbai and Delhi along with 100 SMS per day. Along with the above plan, there are other plans --STV and plan vouchers PV which are giving benefits for a promotional period till March 31 in all BSNL circles.

The customers who outrightly purchase the ADSL WiFi modem from BSNL at Rs 1,500 will be offered Rs 50 cash back per month for maximum 30 months, the BSNL said in a statement.
