Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to induct seven crore new members in its party, taking the total number of members to 18 crore, party working president JP Nadda said on Thursday in Delhi.
The party holds its membership drive every six years and has a target of increasing members by 20 per cent.
The BJP claims it has over 11 crore members and is one of the world`s biggest political parties.

While Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the drive from his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will launch the programme from Telangana.
