A shocking incident has come to light in Gaya, where Vipin Kumar, who has been in jail for 18 months, received an appointment letter for the position of a teacher. While in Beur Jail, he cleared the TRI-3 examination, and now the Bihar government has appointed him as a teacher. Vipin Kumar arrived at the stage to receive the appointment letter with handcuffs on his hands. He has been booked under the POCSO Act.
