Sidharth Malhotra portrayed Captain Vikram Batra in the 2021 film 'Shershaah' posted some pics to remember the brave soldier along with the pics he wrote a caption as well. Captain Vikram Batra was a valiant officer of the Indian Army who was killed during the Kargil conflict between India and Pakistan. He was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra. Besides this the movie received praise from audience and critics alike it also starred Kiara Advani in a key role and was released on Amazon Prime Video. 

Today (July 7) is the 21st death anniversary of the hero of the 1999 Kargil war, Captain Vikram Batra, who sacrificed his life for India while fighting Pakistani intruders.
