Casemiro will report to England this weekend for his medicals at Manchester United from Real Madrid

In a battle of European heavyweights, Juergen Klopp’s Liverpool side had more chances but lacked sharpness when it mattered as Carlo Ancelotti became the first coach to enjoy four European Cup triumphs having won the trophy with AC Milan and Real twice, leapfrogging Liverpool’s Bob Paisley and Real’s Zinedine Zidane.

Everton have signed Brazil midfielder Allan from Italian side Napoli on a three-year deal, the Premier League club said on Saturday. At Everton, Allan will be reunited with manager Carlo Ancelotti, having previously played under the Italian coach in Napoli for two seasons. Allan scored 11 goals and grabbed 16 assists in more than 200 appearances for Napoli across all competitions, helping them claim the Coppa Italia last season. The midfielder has also made nine appearances for the Brazilian national team and was part of the squad which won the Copa America in 2019.

The dust has barely settled from their meeting in May when Napoli snatched a late 1-0 win in Turin to re-open last season’s title race 

The Dutchman picked up the injury while playing in Bayern`s 4-3 win over fellow German outfit SV Lippstadt 08.
