CBSE on August 2 announced the dates for conducting improvement and compartment exams for Class 12 students. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, said that CBSE will conduct these exams Aug 16 and Sept 15. He also informed that the date sheet and a detailed circular will be released soon.

PM Modi on July 30 congratulated over 12.96 lakh Class XII students on successfully passing CBSE board exams 2021. The Prime Minister also wished his 'young friends' a bright, happy and healthy future.

CBSE had extended the last date as some schools were not able to complete the school-based assessments in various subjects due to COVID-19.

CBSE has constituted a 13-member committee to work out objective criteria for the assessment of class 12 students.

 CBSE, ICSE Class 12th Board Exams 2021: The virtual meeting will be chaired by Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

The JEE Main exam is scheduled on May 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. The CBSE 12 Board Biology exam is also on May 24. In such a situation, biology students were worried about the JEE Main exam. After the CBSE announced the dates of the Class 12 board examination, many students had raised the issue.

Candidates who are preparing for the examination must note that the exam will be held in the offline mode from May 4 to June 10. Nearly 30 lakh students are set to appear for the CBSE Board exam 2021 this year, the commencing date for which has already been announced.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tweeted saying, "Date-sheet of CBSE board exams of class Xll. Wish you good luck!" CBSE tweeted, "Date Sheet has been released nearly 3 months before so that students can make their study plan and overcome the problems faced during pandemic."
