The top five zones around India with the highest pass percentage include Trivandrum with 97.67%, followed by Bengaluru at 97.05%, Chennai at 96.17%, Delhi west at 96.61% and Delhi East at 94.24%.

In an awe-inspiring story, Ghaziabad girl Sanya Gandhi has scored 99 per cent, despite being differently-abled, in Class 12th results 2020 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) that was announced on Monday. Gandhi was the joint topper in the differently-abled category in CBSE Class 10 exam in 2018.

Speaking on the issue, the CBSE said that there is a technical issue in accessing the CBSE results and it is likely to resume in two hours.

Class 12 students will have the option to appear for the optional examination later or the Board will assess them on the basis of the internal exams. Class 10 students will not be allowed for appearing for the remaining CBSE 2020 exams.
