"The Cabinet meeting chaired by the chief minister has started to discuss the situation after last night's attack in Anantnag," an official said.  

A joint emergency operation centre would be set up at Chandanwari to meet any eventuality during the annual pilgrimage to Amarnath cave shrine.

The registration for this year's pilgrimage to the cave shrine of Amarnath will start from Monday.
