Cyclone 'Pabuk' had centred itself over the Gulf of Thailand on Friday and was likely to move northwestwards and emerge into the Andaman Sea by Saturday morning.

There is no specific warning that has been issued for fishermen till now although the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has advised caution.

The weatherman mentioned that it is gradually approaching and is likely to emerge into the Andaman sea around the forenoon of January 5.
