Around 8,500 allottees, almost one-third, of a housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) have surrendered their flats.

The much-awaited draw for the DDA Housing Scheme 2014 has been reportedly pushed back to Wednesday (November 12) as the authority as still receiving corrections from the banks.
As the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched its 'Housing Scheme 2014' on Monday which offer over 25,000 houses in the national capital, large number of people were seen queuing outside the DDA headquarters at Vikas Sadan for forms.
DDA new 'Housing Scheme 2014 would be open to applicants from September 1 and the last date to receive the application is October 9.
