The centenary celebrations of Delhi University (DU) is today. PM Modi reached Metro to participate in this program. Delhi University is celebrating its centenary year celebrations, which ends today, on this occasion the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, was invited as the chief guest.

Among the stations skipped by the metro train during the peak hours (8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm on weekdays) are Sector 101 and Sector 50, which is dedicated to the transgender community. The stations skipped during peak hours are: Sector - 50, Sector - 101, Sector - 81, Sector - 83, Sector - 143, Sector - 144, Sector - 145, Sector - 146, Sector - 147 and Sector - 148.

Phase IV project of Delhi Metro is ready to take the metro network to greater heights! A 44-year-old man allegedly killed his daughter and son by jumping in front of the Delhi Metro train at Haiderpur Badli Mor station on Sunday.

With the lifeline that connects the national capital to the satellite town of Gurgaon severed, there was mayhem on the roads -- and on the tracks.

No identification documents were found from the spot, Ali said, adding efforts were on to identify the deceased. 

The Delhi Metro train services will begin from 4 a.m. on April 23 in view of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls.

The incident took place at the Yamuna Bank station around 6.10 p.m.
