The riot plan of Tahir Hussain, accused in the Delhi riots, has been exposed. In the year 2022, a huge crowd was seen on the terrace of 'AAP' leader Tahir Hussain's house. The mob fired from the terrace and petrol bombs were thrown at the people. After which the charges have now been framed against Tahir.

The Delhi High Court said that the speech given by Umar Khalid was obnoxious and prima facie not acceptable.
The court also sought the Delhi Police's response on his plea seeking bail in the case.
A part of the speech given by Khalid in Amravati in February 2020 was read out by his counsel.

Arms supplier arrested in Delhi riots case. Arms supplier named Wasim arrested. Wasim gave the pistol to Shahrukh Pathan. The court had declared Wasim a fugitive.

Khalid will remain in jail as he is accused in some other cases, including one related to the criminal conspiracy lodged under stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
The court noted that even the CDR location of the mobile phone of applicant was not found at the scene of crime on the date of incident.
The bail was granted on furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs 20,000 with one surety in the like amount.

The court said complainant Constable Parmesh Kumar had not identified two accused in the case and their identification by Constables Vipin Tomar and Rahul respectively was hardly of any consequences.
