The Latitude portfolio laptops start at Rs 1,10,999, while the Precision portfolio is available with a starting price of  Rs 2,19,999. 

Dell Thursday launched a new range of Inspiron PCs which is the world's first 17-inch 2-in-1 laptop as it claims, at this year's Computex, which is underway in Taipei.

The top three global PC makers would be able to raise market share in the next few years through consolidation amid shrinking sales of personal computers, Dell Inc Chief Executive Michael Dell said on Monday.

Dell on Wednesday launched what it calls the "world`s thinnest" tablet and expanded its India range of products.

Latitude 14 Rugged Extreme and Latitude 12 Rugged Extreme are the two laptops that the company has to offer and are priced at Rs 2,29,999 and Rs 2,39,999, respectively.

"Dell Latitude 12 and 14 Rugged Extreme are our first rugged notebook in India. They are meant for people working in harsh weather conditions. The price of Dell Latitude 12 starts at Rs 2.39 lakh and Dell Latitude 14 starts at Rs 2.29 lakh," Dell India's Director and General Manager Indrajit Belgundi said at the launch.
