Dewan Housing Finance Corp (DHFL) had registered a net profit of Rs 162.28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company's total income in the fourth quarter of last fiscal rose to Rs 1,582.47 crore, from Rs 1,417 crore in the year-ago period.
Mortgage major DHFL has hit the international markets to raise up to USD 130 million through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) of shares, sources in merchant bankers said today.
