Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni on Friday became the fourth Indian cricketer to play 400 T20 matches during his team's IPL 2025 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Chennai. Here's list of Indian players who have played 400 or more T20 matches:

MS Dhoni is a once-in-a-generation player and his staggering record at both international circuit and the Indian Premier League is a reflection of his dominance in the 22-yard pitch. The wicketkeeper-batter, who hung his boots from international cricket, still remains a fans' favorite and is now only seen during the cash-rich T20 league donning the yellow Chennai Super Kings jersey.

Former India middle-order batsman Suresh Raina on Tuesday (April 14) said that Mahendra Singh Dhoni was busy in bringing changes in his batting style during the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) camp which was called off suddenly due to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.

He has won the title twice in 2010 and 2011 in six finals with the now-suspended Chennai Super Kings.
