Dione News
The US space agency, NASA has released a breathtaking view of rayed crater on Saturn's moon, Dione.
The researchers believe that Dione's ocean has probably survived for the whole history of the moon, and thus offers a long-lived habitable zone for microbial life.
In a new image released by NASA, the visible features are a mixture of tectonics – the bright, linear features – and impact cratering – the round features, which are spread across the entire surface.
NASA's Cassini has returned some stunning images of the Saturn's two moons, Dione and Enceladus on Wednesday. Though the surface of these two moons are made up of nearly the same material but Enceladus has a considerably higher reflectivity than Dione.
