Dish TV filed an application before the Bombay HC. Application relates to share transfer matter. It urged HC to not allow the transfer of shares till the completion of the hearing.

HC noted in its order that there is a lack of sufficient material. Crime Branch had issued notice on Nov 5, 2021 to Yes Bank and NSDL for freezing the shares of Dish TV. Prosecution also blasted the plea of Yes Bank seeking quashing of FIR.

It is to be noted that the references are made by Amit Tandon on the issues between Yes Bank and Dish TV. This raises a question why is IiAS’ Amit Tandon so excited over the ongoing developments between Yes Bank and Dish TV.

Yes Bank actually wants appoints to new directors, including a person who previously remained under SEBI scanner for selective disclosure. That unnamed person settled the issue with SEBI after paying a decent amount of money. Both Yes Bank and IiAS appear to be creating doubts in the mind of investors.
