According to new pictures taken from the satellite, China is preparing to encircle India via Bhutan. China has settled a village in a valley of Bhutan, 9 km from Doklam.
The unprecedented Lt General-level talk between India and China is taking place at Chushul-Moldo border point on the Chinese side in a bid to resolve the month-long dispute over the Line of Actual Control (LAC). This comes a day after the foreign ministry officials of both nations on Friday (June 5) discussed the flaring of tensions on the disputed Himalayan border.
Both the Indian and Chinese armies have brought in more troops in sensitive locations like Demchok, Daulat Beg Oldie and areas around Galwan river as well as Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh, the sources said.
The idea seems to be to prevent incidents like the Doklam standoff from affecting other aspects of the India-China relationship.
China committed multiple incursions of the Line of Actual Control in the Ladakh region, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has told the Union Home Ministry in a report. The incursions were at times 6 km into Indian territory, the report said.
The statement comes days after Chinese President Xi Jinping said they are prepared to fight a bloody battle against its enemies.
The Indian Army advised users to be vigilant and urged them to conduct regular audits of their groups to see if any number starting with +86 had joined a group.

China on Friday justified its massive construction activities in the Doklam area and asked India not to comment on its "legitimate" infrastructure development on its sovereign territory.

Reports in a section of the media, citing satellite images, suggested there has been a fresh build-up of Chinese troops in Doklam.

The two neighbours had a roller-coaster relationship in 2017 which was repeatedly blighted by issues like the Doklam standoff, blocking of India's NSG membership bid and moves to declare the Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Massood Azhar a terrorist.
There has been a spike in transgressions by China into Indian territory in October-November.
As many as 31 incidents of transgressions were recorded in October-November in Depsang Area, Trig Height and Thakung Post (Pangong Lake) sectors.
Troops of India and China were locked in a 73-day-long standoff in Doklam since June 16, 2017.
The widening of the road is reportedly being carried out just 12 km away from the conflict area.
"We should turn the old page and start a new chapter with the same pace and same direction," he said here.
"The most important thing that was discussed during the National Executive meeting was the Doklam military standoff with China, as a rift was created between India and China," Nitin Gadkari told reporters.
The number of Chinese troops was 10 times more than what was reported earlier, a media report quoted the book as saying.
