The United States has brokered a historic peace deal between Armenia and Azerbaijan, ending decades of conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh enclave. Following this announcement, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), in its response, termed the US's move as "unfair, unjustified and unreasonable", declaring that New Delhi will take "all actions necessary to protect its national interests."
Trump also indicated that similar actions could be taken against China. When asked whether additional tariffs on China were being considered in light of the Indian penalties, he said, "Could happen. It depends on how we do. Could happen."
