Delhi Expressway is set to become the country’s first and only expressway without a toll plaza.
On average, property prices along the expressway increased from Rs. 11,240 per square foot in March 2024 to Rs. 13,023 in September 2024, said the report.
According to officials from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), approximately 99% of the work on the Gurugram section of the expressway has been completed, and the Delhi segment is nearing 90% completion.
These include the launch of Haryana section of Dwarka Expressway, UER-II Package 3 in Delhi and Bengaluru - Kadappa - Vijayawada Expressway in Andhra Pradesh.
