EPFO UAN Aadhar ELI Scheme Benefits: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman introduced the Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) scheme during the Union Budget 2024 in July, comprising three variants: A, B, and C. The scheme aims to support first-time employees joining the workforce, boost job creation in the manufacturing sector, and assist employers in promoting hiring and retention. Benefits under the ELI scheme will be provided to eligible employees via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
