The Goa government has decided to amend the four-decade-old excise act to give 'Feni'- a famous traditional brew - a `heritage spirit' tag.
The Goa government on Wednesday classified 'Feni', a form of spirit produced exclusively in the coastal state, as "Heritage Spirit of Goa".
