More than a third have pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with US prosecutors in exchange for a possible reduction in sentence.
Platini was banned for eight years in December along with FIFA president Sepp Blatter over a payment of two million Swiss francs ($2.03 million) made to the Frenchman in 2011 by FIFA.
If Platini and Blatter lose their appeals, they can still take their cases to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The case is the latest in an escalating series of scandals since Swiss investigators detained several FIFA officials in Zurich on May 29.
Michel Platini and Sepp Blatter were found guilty of "abusive execution" of their powers and a conflict of interests.
Blatter faces the prospect of being banned from the sport for years.
