Four killed News

Three law enforcement officers were hurt, one of them with a gunshot wound. Two of the three were taken to hospital.

All roads, electrical supplies and telephone lines to the area have been cut off and poor weather is hampering rescue efforts.

All the four persons were killed when their speeding car lost control and hit a roadside tree in Najibabad area, police said here today.

An African Parks helicopter that was sent out to rescue the rangers itself came under fire but managed to retrieve six members of the patrol unit.
