A GoAir Mumbai to Chandigarh flight suffered a technical glitch due to which it was forced to do an air turn back to Mumbai airport.
Subsequently, all the passengers were transferred to an alternative aircraft that reached its destination Hyderabad in Telangana.
The GoAir flight no G8 586 was flying from Patna to Mumbai.
Averting a possible mishap, an Air India flight made a full emergency at the airport due to a major glitch in one of its engines.
The airline did not reveal how many passengers were on board the aircraft which experienced severe air turbulence.
GoAir later issued a statement on the incident.
