Today is the 400th Prakash Parv of 9th Guru Tegh Bahadur of Sikhism. On this occasion, PM Modi decided to address the country from the Red Fort because Aurangzeb had ordered the killing of Guru Tegh Bahadur from the Red Fort itself.
