Former BJP MLA Gyan Dev Ahuja, in a purported video, admits to his supporters having 'lynched' people in the past He has now said he won't take the law in his hands Earlier he had said 'we have so far lynched 5 people'

In Rajasthan, BJP leader Gyandev Ahuja has given a controversial statement at the house of the deceased farmer of Alwar Mob Lynching. He said that till now we have killed five, due to this the politics has become hot again.

“Send Bilkis rapist felicitation squad from Gujarat to Rajasthan to garland this new hero who’a boasting of killing 5 people,” said Moitra in a tweet.

Gyan Dev Ahuja is a BJP MLA from Rajasthan's Alwar.

Gyan Dev Ahuja had earlier said that cow slaughter was a bigger crime than terrorism. 

Gyan Dev Ahuja had previously blamed cops for the death of Rakbar -  a man beaten relentlessly by a mob on suspicions of smuggling cows.

Ahuja's threat to cow smugglers came as a response to an alleged cow smuggling incident in Alwar district on Saturday.

Reacting to allegations of a mob attacking a suspected cow smuggler in Alwar, a Rajasthan BJP legislator has threatened that cow smugglers are likely to be killed. 

Opposition Congress will raise the issue of alleged derogatory remarks against party vice president Rahul Gandhi by BJP MLAs Kailash Choudhary and Gyan Dev Ahuja during the Rajasthan Assembly budget session beginning today.
